Return & Exchange Policy – Style N Swag
At Style N Swag, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect every order before dispatch, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or faulty at the time of delivery.
- You received the wrong product due to our packing error.
- The size delivered is incorrect (different from what you ordered).
To qualify:
- The product must be unused and unwashed.
- All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact.
- The item must be returned in original condition.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted if:
- The request is made after 7 days of delivery.
- The product has been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- Tags or packaging are missing.
- The item was purchased during clearance or special sale (unless wrong item was sent).
- Custom or specially made orders (if applicable).
3. Size Exchange Policy
If you need a size change:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return courier charges.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch the new size.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Item
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 7 days.
- Share clear pictures of the issue on WhatsApp or Email.
- After verification, we will arrange a replacement.
If the issue is confirmed from our side, we will cover the delivery cost of the replacement.
5. Refund Policy
Style N Swag offers refunds only in the following cases:
- The product is defective and replacement is unavailable.
- The wrong item was delivered and cannot be replaced.
Important Notes:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds (if approved) are processed within 7–10 working days via bank transfer or agreed method.
