  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During major sales, promotional campaigns, or festive seasons, processing time may slightly increase.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.


🚚 Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery time across Pakistan is 3–5 working days after dispatch.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your city or unforeseen courier delays.

We always aim to deliver your Style N Swag products as quickly as possible.

Style N Swag currently delivers nationwide across Pakistan.

International shipping will be introduced soon.


πŸ’³ Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery on all orders above Rs 3000.
  • Standard delivery charges apply to orders below Rs 3000 (charges will be displayed at checkout).

Delivery charges are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking ID via SMS or email
  • Courier company details

You can track your parcel directly through the courier’s tracking system.


❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately after placing your order.


🚫 Delayed or Failed Deliveries

If delivery is delayed due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Incomplete contact information

Style N Swag will not be responsible for courier delays caused by these issues.

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear pictures of the packaging and product.

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.


🏷 Print-on-Demand Orders

For custom or DTF-printed designs:

  • Processing may take slightly longer depending on order volume.
  • For print on demand / custom orders 50% advance payment is required.

These orders are specially prepared for you, so please ensure correct size and design selection before confirming.
